KYB Verification keeps the name, email, company, optional phone, the KYB verification you described, the state, the page on kybverification.com, campaign parameters that were on that page, and the country on the connection. The note exists so we can reply. We do not sell it. Ask about a note at hello@kybverification.com.

Business verification in a bank file usually wants the legal name, jurisdiction, file number, status, and formation date from the secretary of state. The registered agent is a service address. Officers on an annual report are a snapshot, not a guarantee of who signs today.
